Our Manufacturing Sites

SD1

 We believe in our biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility as one of the most well-designed and efficient manufacturing lines known for human well-being. CinnaGen plant (SD1) has been built up in 4 levels in 4000 m² area in 2005. The facility consists of different sections for recombinant protein production and purification, R&D and chemistry labs, HSE, training, human resources offices as well as other administration departments. Our clean rooms designed for production of recombinant proteins expressed in E. coli host are in complete compliance with cGMP rules and regulations. Our products are manufactured in premises that meet all the environmental regulations for biopharmaceutical industry. The facility design, materials and flows meet all quality criteria for manufacturing of biological products.

SD2

A new production facility opened on the last quarter of 2012. The plant is constructed in compliance with EU-GMP standards in biopharmaceuticals manufacture and has increased the production capacity significantly. This manufacturing site is built in three levels and covers more than 9000 m2 which includes 3250 m2 clean rooms area and 1250 m2 for technical purposes on a technical floor. This plant contains departments for production of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies expressed in mammalian host cells (both adherent and suspension cell culture systems), analytical labs and also fill and finish line.

SD3

This facility was built on march 2013 which covers around 350 m2 as a canteen, 1150 m2 central warehouse, 250 m2 as technical supports of the facility and a few related administrative offices.

SD4

This new cGMP production plant has established on the last quarter of 2016 which has been designed in two different floors. On one floor around 1200 m2 is dedicated for production of monoclonal antibodies containing two 4500 L bioreactors for mammalian cell culture. On the other floor an area of 1200 m2 is considered for filling and packaging line. A Total area of 2400 m2 technical department is considered to support the facility.

SD5

This new cGMP compliant production plant has established on 2019. This plant is constructed in compliance with EU-GMP standards which has been designed in three different floors and covers more than 15000 m2 in total. An area of 4750 m2 is considered for technical area and 1350 m2 is dedicated for production of recombinant proteins with E. coli host cells containing a 2000 L fermenter. Also a filling and packaging department is designed in a 1150 square meter-area.
 More than 1200 m2 in SD5 facility include analytical labs and offices of quality control department, quality assurance and administrative offices.
 The importance of the greenness of SD5 is also considered in the design, which is implemented as much as possible in different roof gardens.
